| I bought the first set and my 19 month old son can sign a majority of the 25 signs. Everyone is so amazed at how well he is doing and he signs to everyone.
Signing and saying the words has helped him be less frustrated and he thinks it’s a great game. He finally signed Daddy correctly so that makes his father very happy.
I am considering purchasing the next sets since he is having so much fun with them. I am also having fun too. I had Sign Language class in High School but I can't remember all the signs. I believe this will help him when he gets into pre-school.

| I actually bought the flashcards as a gift for a good friend of mine. They have a 3 year old son who was a "micropreemie". He can hear, but is not vocally communicative. Just recently the SLP's that he is working with decided to try sign language. He picked up on "again" very quickly and uses it in many contexts. I bought them the flashcards to help acilitate the basic family words.
However, I was so impressed with them - I am going to purchase the entire set for our family. I didn't know anything about baby signing until I looked for the cards as a gift. I have a 6 month old son and we are going to begin signing to him. He already calms when I do the sign for milk - it seems like he knows that I am headed toward the rocker to nurse. Amazing. | We received your flash 4 card packet set today and so far I am very pleased. My baby is soon turning one. We have been using the Baby Einstein books we received. I noticed some of the signs are a little different. I wanted to use yours, because they seem to be the correct universal sign language. I cannot believe how well it works to open communication. I have always wanted to learn, so this is a good opportunity. I had a friend who had a stroke. It would have helped her and her husband so much if she could have communicated with sign language. I have some books coming from Barnes and Noble, on more signing as well. Thank you for taking the time to make it more enjoyable for my baby and easy for me. I know it will be greatly appreciated more and more as she grows older.

| We just got Sets 1-3 through Baby Classroom, and I've just ordered Set 4. My daughter (12 mos) in just 2 days has learned so many words already! Everyone in the family is learning and we want to keep it going...this is a great system and it was spurred on by the movie Meet the Fockers...it's a wonderful thing and we are all eating it up. | We already have the total sets of flash cards. My 1 1/2 year old has really enjoyed them. I wondered if you have come up with any new sets. They really work well. We went to the Doctor this month and he said she should know at least 15 words at a 1 1/2. She knows at least 50 plus. I guarantee it is thanks to the sign language opening her up to more words. She watches In Between The Lions on PBS. It is an advanced show, but I think due to her learning sign language she is able to enjoy it. She really likes it. Thank you! I do tell others about your products and your web site. Hope others take the time to teach it to their kids. I want to keep it going. We appreciate your hard work!

| Hi! I was just wondering if you were coming out with any new cards. My toddler - 21mos, started with the cards at about 12 mos. Now, she has the most incredible vocabulary, and even though she says 4, 5 and 6 word sentences, she also still does quite a bit of signing - most in part to the Sign Babies ASL Flahs Cards, which we put into a photo album. She still pulls them out and looks at them.
I'm just wondering if there are more cards out there, for an advanced vocabulary. These have been amazing and I'm a firm believer! I know that had we not done the cards, our princess would probably still be in the basic words stages and not saying sentences! (NOTE: We have more sets coming out October 2006)
It's really been quite interesting when people see my daughter signing, their first reaction of course is she alright? Then when I tell them, they're absolutely amazed at the brilliance of me as a mom ;) and two at how logical it is!
Your cards honestly even surpass anything that Baby Einstein has. We have the videos but Katey's never really interested in them. I also think that in some way, because of your wonderful cards, she will also be an early, early reader too, as she's been exposed visually to what the word looks like. Just last night, she wanted to play her guitar (toy - not a virtuoso yet), and play is such an automatic sign for her. I wonder why! |
