| Sign Babies knows that you do not want to pay more shipping than you need to. So, we ship all orders using USPS Flat Rate 2-3 Day Mailers. If your order is over $75, we will ship for free using either First Class or Priority Mail. We ship ONLY within the USA.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Sign Babies strives to meet and exceed customer expectations. If your Sign Babies products do not meet your expectations, return them to us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Sign Babies will not ship Wednesday July 22 through Friday July 24 due to an office move and a state holiday. Shipments will resume on Monday July 27.
DAMAGED GOODS
Sign Babies will replace any Sign Babies product that arrives in a damaged condition or that exhibits a manufacturer’s defect. Products will be replaced with the identical product. Sign Babies must be contacted within 30 days of sale and a copy of the original purchase receipt must accompany any product that is returned.
