| Sign Babies Sign Babies knows that you do not want to pay more shipping than you need to. So, we ship the least expensive way possible--US Priority Mail Flat Rate Shippers. This method is quick and costs less than UPS Ground. We ship ONLY within the USA. Retailers NOT in the USA cannot order from this web site since there are additional issues to shipping to Canada.

If you want to use your own UPS number, let us know and we can accommodate you.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Sign Babies strives to meet and exceed customer expectations. If your Sign Babies products do not meet your expectations, return them to us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable.
DAMAGED GOODS
Sign Babies will replace any Sign Babies product that arrives in a damaged condition or that exhibits a manufacturer’s defect. Products will be replaced with the identical product. Sign Babies must be contacted within 30 days of sale and a copy of the original purchase receipt must accompany any product that is returned.
